How to sell a blog?

I have a blog which provides link to download free ebooks available over the internet. And it has a pretty good alexa rank. And i get a nice earnings through adsense. But it requires regular updation. SO i thought of selling the blog. But i dont know how to find buyers for my blog. Can anyone help?
