Need some help shedding pounds!!

It's here again, that time of year when all my new year resolutions have seemingly been tossed out the window and now i need to get back on track! My A #1 goal this year was to lose some weight i've gained 20 pounds over the past year and now it's time to get rid of it!! Any ideas out there about weight loss and keeping it off?

Hi, I have not committed myself to reducing weight as a new year's resolution but I definitely cut back on the soda and other drinks that are sweet like instant powdered juices, etc. As the month of January ends I think I have gotten back to my original weight and shape before the Christmas Holidays.
I did some brisk walking everyday for an hour. I really go walking to the downtown for some errands and only ride back if the load I'm carrying is heavy.
Then I only eat light meals for supper like salad with light dressing and I eat a huge breakfast so I don't snack anymore. The snacks are usually the culprit in weight gain except if you snack on fruits.

I am also working on loosing weight. I live on a college campus where dieting is just not an option. There just isnt anything healthy to eat around here. So, I make it a point to work out every night doing crunches, lifting hand weights, stuff like that. I started in October and went from a size 28 to a 20 even with Thanksgiving and Christmas. It works great and I dont deny myself anything, I just limit how much of it I eat. I hope you find your perfect way - maybe mine, maybe someone else's. Good luck!!!

haha...it happens to all of us (the new year resolutions part)
we are kinda opposite!!
actually im looking to gain a few pounds so can i have some of yours? :D
believe it or not,you know what to do,you know exactly what you need to do to loose weight,more than anybody else.
trust me on this,there isnt a single person on this planet that can help you except one, that is yourself.
you need to help yourself,researching the net for answers will only get you in circles.you need a little inspiration,some dedication and lots of hard work.
self help is the best help!so stop sitin and start workin out already.
