Hello I have got a virus called Trojan Downloader Gen and my AVG antivirus can not delete it. I need some help. Somebody? Thanks

Hi, Try using super anti-spyware free edition. It will definitely remove the trojan and other spywares from your computer. I'm using it since last 1 year and it does a good job of removing trojans and spywares. It is the best anti-spyware in my opinion.

first update and then do a complete scan of all the drives in your computer with super anti-spyware.

Well... if you have something important on your computer you will need to find good anti-virus software . The best you can do is to re-install the 'Windows'.

Yes I've thought about re installing windows but then i need to innstall every software i have.

You can go to antivirus sites e.g. Kaspersky.. get virus removal tool... if needed get trial version of it.. it might help

Thx but i have tried it and the trial version arent complete an some of them finds the virus but then i need to buy the software to delete it.

Well as per ur problem and stated condition i would recomend avira antivi 9 personal edition its free and can be easily downloaded from www.download.com so just download it and give ur system a thorough scan
