Brocolli and Cheese?

I prefer fresh broccoli every time. I do lots of different things with it too including broccoli cheese, which is just the same as cauliflower cheese. I use it with pasta too. I break into smaller pieces and cook it in boiling water until it is almost cooked. Then I add a short pasta to the same pan in which it is boiling and then I let it cook until the pasta is 'al dente'. Then I strain it, add parmesan cheese and voilà!

Frozen broccoli is fine by me, though I do prefer Green Giant brand over any others that I have tried. The pieces are cut up smaller, and there are a lot fewer 'stalky' bits (you know, the parts that are stringy and nasty). Don't like it with cheese, just a little salt, pepper, and butter.
