What's your favorite essential oil to burn?
My favorite right now is eucalyptus. I love the smell and it's cleansing properties. It also helps ease my headaches. I used to get what they call "suicide" headaches, but I have medication that helps that. I still love to burn my eucalyptus though as the smell is so amazing and uplifting.

I love Eucalyptus as well. I have sinus problems and often have sinus infections and colds. I find that the Eucalyptus helps to clear out my sinus. I like it in a bath or in a bowl of hot water to steam my face.
My favourite essectial oil to burn right now is bergamont. I love the smell. Its citric properties are very refreshing. I usually put 4 drops of the bergamont with one or two drops of the eucalyptus.
