I live in the rural area, and my town size is approximately 2,000 people in Ohio. The tempeture is not too bad, but I like the cold. We don't raise any animals. We live in an area where there is farms all around us. It is almost wide open. If you like the country there is alot to do. I hope to hear from you.

I live in India near the bank of the river Ganga. I like my place very much. There is snow-covered peaks and the deep valleys of the Himalyas which I have loved so much, and of the rich and vast plains below, where my life and work have been cast.

I live in the Philippines. There are a lot of beaches here since its an archipelago. Since this is a tropical country, it's really nice to hang out at the sea shore :) There are also some tourist sites here -- some are historical (from the Spanish Colonial era) :)

Haha, you know, we might be neighbors and not even know it lol. I live in a rural area too, in NE Ohio. It's only 11 degrees out tonight, but it's usually not cold. My little town is about the same size as yours is. Not that many years ago it used to be mostly a farming community, but in the past ?10 to 15 years most of them have sold out and become housing developments! There's only my farm, and about one or two others right in my immediate area. I don't raise animals anymore, but we had dairy cows when my Dad was still alive, and up till a few years ago I still kept horses. (Now we just have crops done here that help other small farms) It's beautiful here in the snowbelt area, we can have snow here when other areas close by don't have any. You're so right, there IS a lot to do in the country. I keep my gardens in the summer, and am teaching my little grandson about gardening and appreciating nature. The countryside probably isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it is for me!

I currently live in GA but I'm originally from Ohio. here in GA there isent much to do because I live in a part of the county where you wont find much to do unless you go into the city, the population in this part of GA use to be around 12,478 but its more like 2,000 now. I've met a lot of nice people here but the system of government as well as the legal system is very different from Ohio I find GA system a bit difficult in some ways, and sometimes I think I might want to move back to Ohio or some place else, but I dont like freezing during those crazy Ohio Winters but there are some things I still kind of miss about Ohio but I most likely will be staying in GA in the end GA is still a pretty good place to live.

I live in a mostly urben area with lots of buldings, and very little trees. Its not a very large city, but it is one of the larger ones in Florida. Its a very well-known turist destnation as we host two nascar races as well as bike week and biketoberfest. During those times catching the bus is next to impossible, and traffic is nearly at a standstill. I hate going out during those times of year, because of the congestion, and I don't drive... worse I rely on eaither George or public transportation.

Me too. I live in the rural area, in a village. I live in some part of Borneo Island. There are still a lot of jungle around my house. I hope it stays that way.
The weather here is mostly hot, but when it is rainy season it will rain like crazy. Like recently it was raining 3 days non-stop. I like my place very much, this is where I grew up and bred, I have no plan at all to move from here.

I live in a coastal town in the UK, so we attract quite a lot of tourists. The town itself is fairly populated, but nothing too over-crowded. It's nice because there is always something going on or an event being hosted

I live in Jakarta, Indonesia. It's the biggest city of my country, the center of everything: economic, government, entertainment, etc. My city is a very busy town. It has so many problems in urban planning. One of the most polluted city in the world, I think. Traffic jam everywhere. I really hate that, everyday i spend 1,5 hours to go to my office. And almost 2 hours to get back home. But i love being here. I really love my city and my country ^^

I am from Denmark, and I live in a village in the countryside. It is a pretty small place. We have a supermarked, a school and a kindergarden, and there are a lot of farms in the area where I live. Our home is not a farm though. I used to live in the city and it took me a while to get used to living there, but now I like it here. It is very peaceful compared to the city and there is less pollution. Our village is pretty close to the sea, and that is very nice.

Hi Lowloy, I live in a small suburb about 45 minutes outside of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It's a typical small town, mostly residential. Lots of small grocery stores scattered around. I live about a block from a hospital which is pretty convenient. I can't really say how many people live here. I know that in the States, usually as you enter a town or city there is a sign that has the population listed. We don't have that here so if I had to guess....I'd say probably about 50,000 people or so. It's close to a little larger suburb and that's where all the schools are as well as things for entertainment such as movie theatres, bars, etc. We don't have any of that here in my neighborhood. Most people travel by bus because there's a main "highway" that goes through the center that will take you to the larger suburbs or even downtown Buenos Aires. About the only thing to do here in my neighborhood is go out and get ice cream! lol. There are tons of ice cream stores and the really cool thing is that the majority of them deliver! lol. We're in the height of summer here so it's a great perk to be able to have some ice cream delivered! lol.

I live in the city/residential part of my country with my in-laws. It is a place where most of my in-laws are living at. It is just one street with everybody here but once you get out of here the main road is full of shops and residential. I can say it is home for the mean time but since we are close to the sea, in summers it smells like the sea breeze which I do not like to smell. I like smelling it when the breeze is cold but when there is not enough cold breeze, it smells bad.

I live in a very rural area, i have the only house for a mile radius, woods aline the back of the house and surround the entire backing of the property, as for the rest of my view I have fields around the rest, on average 2-5 cars come down my road a day! I love it!! I love the fresh country air especially after it rains! I live in indiana, usa so i get a different view throughout the seasons.. Spring - birds chirping fluttering around and all the trees and plants are starting to bloom and grow, Summer - Warm hot sunny beautiful days with clouds as far as you can see and at night more stars than i could ever count, Fall - my favorite all the fields and trees are changing colors and leaves blow through the air like confetti, and then theres Winter - a stop in your tracks lovely scene, snow covered tree's and ground so peaceful and quiet, ice hanging from the trees but cold i hate the cold!

I live in a country side here in the Philippines. Temperature is tropical, sometimes get hot, while at night it's cold. We raise pigs, chickens and goats. We farm rice mostly for our needs because us Filipinos eat rice everyday. We don't get satisfied if we don't eat even 1 cup of rice a day.
