Uploading photos / myLot

Can anyone out there explain to me how to upload pictures and photos from my computer's hard drive to the photo's folder on this site. Maybee I'm not using the correct format. Can you tell me what the correct format is.

Hey ther bothabp1 to change profile pic you need to go to prefrences at the top of the page, then customize. To upload photos you need to go to profile at the top then photos (not my photos)then you can upload. i think it is jpeg I hope this answer was helpful. add me as friend:)
