In life, what do you believe as truth? and what do you believe as false?

Surely, it is undeniable that each person has a belief. Everyone believes on something. He will believe that a fact is true or he will believe that something is false. What about you? What are the things in this life that you believe to be true and what you believe as false?

I've always believed that we each have our own trials, our own burdens to carry. I also believe that if you've had your share, then the rainbow after the rain will come. But what a mistake. Instead of the rainbow, the storm came. In addition to my burdens, a heavier one came and almost took my sanity away.
