Lose your temper casually-how do you control it

I don't like to lose my temper. Sometimes it is not easy to control. I often remind of myself, I should control my temper and don't say a belch of angry words. Maybe some friends know your temper and can not think it more. However it can hurt other friends. It is bad for me. How do you deal with ti when you talk with someone and feel angry?

I usually always try to relax and hold my anger in. I know that if I let my anger out it would be bad. I know sometimes it can't be easy to control. Still it's worth a try. I get angry easily, but I get better every time at controlling my anger. I always just do yoga or look at the sky that's what usually relaxes me. I don't want people to know how angry I can get. It does get annoying though if someone wants to see how angry they can get you, but it's best to not give them the satisfaction of getting you angry.Good luck to you. Hmmm I have actually thought about going to anger management classes.

i love my family, enjoy my live. it is hard to make me angry and lose my temper.
when someone did something let me feel unhappy, i tried to stand on her side to think about why. if i were her, why i did it. this make me understand people and easy to get along with people.
if i do feel angry, though it happen less, i will take a deep breeth and go away. after i calm down, i will talk to her.
