Are you apt to suffer from dental ulcer?

I've found myself apt to suffer from dental ulcer. On the whole, there are several times per year, and it would last about two weeks everytime. Though it's not a big trouble, it do bring me many inconveniences and aches. I don't know how it appears, maybe it would be attributed to weak physique or weak immune system. Some research show it may be relative to activity of EB virus in B-Lymphocyte. I really want to know what I should do to keep away from dental ulcer.
