I have been working with Mylot for more than 2 years and started more than 500 discussions. Now, I feel drained and out of topics for a discussion. So, I didn't start any discussion for the last three months. My daily earning here is going down day by day.
We are not supposed to start the same discussion again. I am not intersted in rewording a discussion and start it as new. It is cheating if you purposly do it. What can I do in this situation? I appreciate it if you can help me?

It is normal for me to feel so. This is why you don't often see my new discussions because I have no inspirations and usually I have to response to others' discussions.
I love China

I don't really make a lot of discussions, in fact, on average I make about 2 or 3 a month at the moment. I will post a discussion only if I think it is an interesting and somewhat orginal topic. I don't post discussions simply for the sake of it, I make sure I have a really good idea for a discussion first

This is why I don't make new discussions very often. I just don't really have anything to ask about.

I am also sailing in the same boat as you are. I am also not able to start any new discussions. The problem is even though we do not want to start a discussion by rewording it, there are so many people who do it.The problem is these copied discussions get a good response. I will give you an example. My friend started a discussion on diamond jewellery. Till then nobody has started such a discussion, and as soon as this discussion started, there were a couple of discussions in the same way. The funniest part was, these two copied discussions received the maximum responses, whereas my friend got only a few.

hi daliaj,
don't force yourself to make one or even stress out yourself to create a new discussion or re-word something that was already discussed in the past. better enjoy responding on here and maybe later when you are calm and not thinking of creating a new one--you will be surprise to know that you have so much to offer...so much to share and start with. just stay cool. i know soon there will be new experiences worth sharing, observations worth discussing and anything fun talking. goodluck!

I don't feel like I ever run out of things to talk about. There are so many interests and other topics to read, it helps give ideas on what to talk about next. Sometimes it's easy to take a break and let your brain get refreshed to get some more ideas for topics.

daliaj hi I think everyone gets to that place occasionally but still there are hundreds of topics, how could you run out of a topic. Think of something that is important to you and you feel is not respected enough, or a project that you have to do and are having problems with,or a relative that is not being fair with you, or, the list goes on and on, why cannot you find a topic? I could . you must use your imagination. think of some situation that is universal among people than write about it.

yes it's true. it will be a cheat to start another discussion with the same topic or reposting an old discussion we made or by anyone from here. sometimes i feel the same. even how much i work hard to write something, i feel there is nothing new. today, i feel better, as i only come back yesterday to post and become active again. things like what happened during the treatment of my son's apnea, and images captured by my camera, make me think of new thoughts to share. personal experiences are the most unrepeatable that we can share.

After so many posts as boated under your profile name I guess I will run out of discussion topics too! I already create very few discussions as often somebody else had already discussed what I wanted to...I prefer discussing current international topics that has whole world hooked to it but than its always not that easy to find such topics..So all the best for creating new discussions soon..

Recently, i am very busy with my offline matters, so it's common that i am run out of ideas to start a new discussion. So, what i usually do is, i will surf through mylot and reply to those discussions which i seems to have something to share with it. That's why, you will see that i only reply to the topic which i have interest in and able to give my share of view. Well, i never try to start any same topic twice, so i think i prefer to reply to discussions made by others....So, hope you will active reply to discussions when you don't have any ideas to start any new discussions....

Actually, I just started working and participating here in mylot for more than a month. During the first few days, I posted a lot of discussions. My mind was so full with thoughts that time. But then, I felt tired thinking about new topics in order to start a new discussion. My mind was already drained. And now, I cannot think of any topics to be discussed that's why I just post comments to other people's discussions.

Yes i have experienced that too, not that im lazy to start one, it just that nothing comes out of mind that is worth sharing with.
And u can read a lot of interesting topics here being discussed .
So ive been posting responses usually, but if something comes into my mind thats very interesting for me, i dont wait for another hour, i would open my computer right away and share it with everybody.
