how torrent sheduling done??

hay,can any one help me to know how torrent can be scheduled.I hared torrent can be scheduled easily,but i can't find a client to do so.I need this very badly since my net plan is not not an unlimited one pls help me.

i use utorrent,its the smallest and the best client in my opinion.
it has a scheduler option in the preferences you can set the time there.
if you dont want to use utorrent you can always schedule a task in your operating system just add the name of the client you use in the desired time to start.
but i still recommend utorrent.

I use Utorrent (u actually mue symbol). Its good. Goto OPTIONS--SCHEDULER-- it will pop up another window. Tick on ENABLE SCHEDULER. Here you get option of scheduling each hour of the day and each day of the week. You can mention the download and upload speed. Hopefully this will help.
