How are you connected to your music(Does it calm you down or energizes you)?

Hi! Music is my life, it makes my feel happy, sad, relaxed, energized- it makes me feel alive! I listen to all kinds of music , but my favorite one is the retro music and the break music. When i am upset I just sit or lie down and listen to my favorite music, because it makes me feel better and calms me. When I listen to break or some techno music I feel more energized and especially when I play on some shoot game!

For me I love my music, I have a weird all round taste in music braching as far as J-Pop and J-Rock, The type of music that I play does depend on the mood I' m in and I don't think I could live without my ipod. Music plays a vital role in my life because it keeps me grounded and level headed rather than flying off the handel.
