suggest me so that i can prepare meself for my friend marriage party in april.I cann't control me eating. Help me emidiately.

At first you have to control your appetite. Instead of fat food you go for salads. Avoid cheese,oily, fried items, butter etc. Use skimmed milk. Dont fast..Eat in a regular interval. Before food have 2 glasses of water.You follow this diet.
7A.M 2 chappati with sprouts
1 glamm diluted milk
10A.M 1 apple/any fruit/banana
12.30P.M SALADS(CUCUMBER,CABBAGE,ANYTHINGVEGGY)
3 SPOON RICE, DAL CURRY, NONFRIED FISH (1piece)
3.30 PM 1CUP MUSAMBI JUICE (WITHOUT SUGAR)
7 7M A SANDWITCH WITOUT CHEESE/BUTTER)
9PM SALADS+FRUITS+MILK+2 PIECE BREAD(BROWN BREAD)/1 CHAPATHI.
aFTER DINNER WALK FOR HALF AN HOUR. GET UP AT 6. DO REGULAR EXERCISE. WALK FAST...PERSPIRE YOURSELF. LET YOU FAT BURN OUT. I AM SURE YOU WILL COME DOWN.
