today is a very hard day for me. We have a visitor yesterday who stay at our house until 2am so we accommodate them since they just visit once in a while. But the problem is i have to woke up at 6am for my work.
So when im doing my job, my eyes is so low that as if they wanted to shut down and make another nap.. but i can't i have to finish my job for today.. and as expectedly i do have a sever headache now.
so i just wondering if anyone experience the same thing with mine? what do you do if your so sleepy during work time?

Oh my gosh, I would get in so much trouble if I fell asleep at work (and someone found out!) I would probably be written up and given a written warning at the very least. Sometimes I'll doze off for a few minutes and wake up again.. I'm having one of these days where I'm super tired and I have to work the rest of the day today. I only got 3 hours of sleep last night! Clearly not enough. But I usually do a good job of staying on top of things (and awake) - simply by keeping myself busy and drinking a lot of caffeine. . It seems to work OK.

I hate this type of situation, if occured to my working hours. One must take care of his health and body himself. If you are unable to take good sleep during night or at other time, this could be the situation alwyas not oftenly. This will have adverse affect to not only to your work but to health as well the designation. I always want to avoid this by taking proper and peaceful sleep at home only.

Yes I do experience that. I tell my co-worker to "please keep me awake". Or if everyone's busy, I go to the restroom to wash my face. Get some body stretch, hand massage to avoid sleepiness. Coffee during breaks. Keeping your self busy will also help. Or if you really can't help, you can go to the clinic to take a rest for a couple of minutes. I hope this will help. Take care!
