Indiatimes.com shopping!! Are you facing problems?

Hi friends! I am a member of ciao surveys and I have earned around Rs 800 in last few months by taking part in surveys. They don't give cash but provide us with gift vouchers which you can use to shop in Indiatimes.com. But recently I have been cheated by them. I ordered one headphone and they promise to ship within 7 days, where as now it is 2 months and the item has still not arrived. They delivered the very first item I ordered really quick within 7 days, but next time onwards everytime I order something, either it is cancelled or not shipped properly. I did a research in google and found out that they are doing the same thing with many other users. They deliver the goods in first order but second order onwards, they start ignoring and cancelling our requests. Has anyone else faced the same thing ? What is the solution ? Does anyone know? Please help me out!
