Is bux.to a paying ptc site or its still a scam site?

Just wondering its been years they say bux.to is a scam ptc site. then why is it still running until now? Is their a member of bux.to who has been paid lately? Just wondering how much time and effort you give in bux.to I'm a member of bux.to but stop clicking when lots of people say they are scam. But still I'm just wondering why they are still online until now.

I have been a member of a lot of bux sites in the past but almost all of these sites are scam sites with the exception of Neobux. And I spend some money paying for the premium membership of these sites and all of these are gone, my money flies with them too.

The thing is why people call it a scam is because, it changes its rules like minimum payout is 50$ and for premium members, i dont know if its really a scam or not,they might be paying some one. also they say that for standard members they do a check before paying for illicit activities, and they dont give any explanations if they cancel your payment.

Many people who invest two years ago and earn more than 50 dollars and try to cashout is still waiting for their payments. That why lots of investors call the site scam simply because they don't pay at all. If you can check their forum they don't have any active members in their that can say they received money.

Okay I will sing it with you. Scam! scam! scam!.. I know they are but still how can they manage to stay afloat for a long time? Its really crazy they will victimize lots of people in what they are doing.
