Hello dear readers
that discussion i started because i have four years old child and i prefer to read him books rather than i let him to watch tv or dvd movies.Sometimes when we are looking at some book which pictures are so old(the books in my library are mine and i have new books that i have bought for my son) he often says "Mom , how these people from the books go to the tv and they are alive in it ?".He is so sweet ...
There are a lot of tales that are animated by Disney and my son wathch them before we read the fairy tale and he wonder how the hero or the animal is pictured in the book.
One of the most favourite story of my son is "The Three Musketeers" and i read it two three times a day ,he loves it and he says that one day he `ll be a great musketeer with sword and tippet.
I think that every child should have imagination and the children should create own fairy worlds ,to be brave and strong and one day they have to stand across the life and go to their way.

hi because i am an amateur children story writer i often share my stories to my little cousins here at home and they love all the magic and adventures in my stories but behind my stories i embed good morals so that they will learn them unconsciously and also to develop their imagination skills because telling stories dont have pictures. i dont tell typical fairy tail stories to them because i believe it becomes cliche nowadays. but i allow them to see Cinderella and Disney movies from dvds i think their safe

Child is so curious about the world ,especially when they are four or five old .But they still have their own world ,a beautifull,pure world ,like a fairy tale.We adult shouldn't try to let they know our world.We should learn from them to be a pure person.

I used to tell stories to my kids since they were one year old.Because of this, they like me to share stories with them every now and then.I've read already to them all the children's books in our house so what I usually do is to create my own short story.I am a working mother so there are instances that I don't have time to share stories during weekdays.My eldest is 8 years old and my youngest is 5 years old.So in order for them to know stories, I thought to start a story then they will be the one to continue it.In that sense, their creative imagination is developed.I found it very effective and now they are the ones sharing stories to me already.Sharing stories or reading is a big help in teaching my kids values or good virtues.I know that they will not be forever kids so as much as I can I find time to play with them, and share stories with them.
