Unless clarity in the discussion we can't give good answer. Business man has no time to spend with family. Job holder can not survive with the income he gets from job. Both can't be suggestive to you my friend. Take your own decision according to your taste and posibilities. If you want to spend time as a white collar person, it is a must for you to go for a job with limited working hours.

I disagree saying that businessmen have no time for the family. In my case, wen i was an employee, I was separated away from my family for seven years since i worked in other country. Now that i started a small business in my motherland, i'm staying now with my love ones. Thus, business will bring you closer to your love ones anytime since you're the boss. While in employment, you cannot just say that i want this and that. you have to have the approval from your employer.

to me, i still prefer to have my own business than to be employed. No matter how big or small your business may be, and for as long as oyu know that it's the fruit of your hardwork, the fulfillment is so great.
