New or popular blog sites

Does anyone know of any new or popular blogging sites? I have a couple of blogs already, but I'm looking to find another one in which to blog about one or two topics specifically, and not just about the mundane randomness which is my life. Any help would be appreciated.

I use blogger and find it the best compared to other blog hosts I've found, it's easier to navigate and add things to the sidebars than other hosts I've tried. None of the newer ones I've seen can compete with blogger for ease of use, and I like the way they look better than other blogs too.

Does Blogger have a way to comment on other people's blogs? I haven't seen it yet.

Yes at the bottom of each post there's a comment link unless the blogs owner has disabled comments.
