Problem with Neobux

Everytime I log on with Neobux and click on the advertisements it says "Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours". What's this? I'm the only one doing PTC in our house, my husband and my children know nothing about PTC. I'm using a broadband internet connection. How can I resolve this? Do you experience the same too?
