I want to transfer my earnings from paypal to alertpay. Any suggestion how and where I can do that? Any sites you know? I want to join an investment program in HYIP but don't accept paypal.

You need exchange services site. You may use exchangezone.com. I never made it but this site is recomended by libertyreserve. You can offer your paypal to get alertpay. It's just like barter your paypal to alertpay.
If you want invest in HYIP, use LibertyReserve (LR). Most HYIP accept LR. I use LR to invest in HYIP.
