In those websites only very few are there which exchange LR to PayPal , in which there is one called exchangezone.com , but to register there I found that we have to give documents related to our ID for commencing the bidding work . There is a Forum which I can tell you where many people exchange money and Indians are also members there . The First thing is that we have to first complete 30 posts to be eligible for such transactions and also abide by the rules which are very strict . I have also joined it a couple of days back and made 30 posts yesterday only . Now I would try to make further actions there . This is only a suggestion , otherwise try at these exchanges which are listed at Liberty Reserve website . There is one swapgold also which has very good reputation but I am not sure right now that it exchanges LR to PayPal or not . All the best .

You cannot directly transfer your funds from liberty reserve to paypal account. You need exchange services site. You can join exchangezone.com or goldnairaexchange.com. You may also use cashconvertnow.com. You will charge some fee when you convert your currency. I usually use local exchange service to convert my funds from liberty reserve to my bank account.

whatever you do but don't trust www.payyoudollar.info as they cheated me as I have lost 12 dollars in trying to transfer from liberty to paypal account which they din't do.
