I currently work for a family business where I have seen my fair share of family feuds in the office place. When I first started working there I thought it was forgivable because I doubted that it happened very often. As the years have gone on, the family drama has still remained steady. Have you ever been in this situation before and how likely are you to stay in this environment? Does loyalty to your employers family come before professionalism in the workplace?
