I got a weird addiction since few months ago. If I have a health problem (or I think I have, most of the time), I'm used to go on the internet and search all the health websites, wikipedia, medical forums, on-line doctors and so on, related to my non-existing issue. For example, If I have a headache, I can't sleep, I wonder and wonder and wonder all night, why why why..what's the reason of my headache and the computer attracts me to go on the internet and search for it .
And when I see all those medical terms and the possible reasons of my headache: cancer, brain tumor, brain attack, I just get paranoic and panic and start thinking "something wrong will happen soon with me".
The reason that I go on the internet is to try and calm myself because otherwise I can't sleep , I imagine myself having all sorts of illnesses . Does anyone had the same problems ? How do you get rid of these paranoic feelings ?!
I know it's not good looking on the internet but I just can't sleep sometimes imagining all kinds of stuff..
