i need investors

my father and i had a serious talk last night. it was too serious i never want to listen. but my father is too diplomatic and sensible to just ignore. he had good ideas and seems to trust me. the problem is i don't trust myself. he wants me to set up a corporation. we actually have a small construction business on which he was the sole proprietor and he want it to become a corporation. now the best way to start is to find investors because its surely gonna cost a fortune. whew! its a huge responsibility and i don't want it. i mean how about my own plans? for myself? but then my own plans still has gray areas. tsk its easy to ignore him if he has been mean.
