An Ugly Toe

I'm a klutzy at times too! I like to hit my elbows on corners,like tables. I have a tendence to bump my big toe on chairs and other things. With it being winter where I live I ended up so far slipping and falling on my butt,three times! I bet you big toe is not as ugly as my right one! I had an ingrwon toenail taken care of in 10/08. The toenail never has grown in right and yo make matters worse,I have only half a toenail! Last summer a horse stepped on my toe and turned it bluck and blue! Over the fall half of my nail came off and still hasn't starting growing back! It is not pretty at all to look at all!

Oh, Its not Good... If Hurt, Means Something There is Not Good. Maybe Go To Visit a Doctor, He Will Tell You What To Do... Because Its Really Not Funny.

I think my klutziness is how I earned my beautiful bunion. It is so strange to see that the top and side of my foot are flat now, with stitches.

Oh yeah I know all to well what you're talking about. If this was possible I would gladly sight unseen make and place a bet that I would win hands down for having the most ugly toes, I am not exaggerating. One day a few year ago now I smashed my toes really really bad into the metal bed frame on my bed when I was changing the sheets on my bed. Hurt Oh Yeah so bad I couldn't even swear, I tried and all I could do was heavy breathing and words that sounded like hooooo hoooooo hooooooo With that my husband came looking and he asked me what was wrong it took me a few minutes before I could even speak. By time I got to tell him my toes were all swollen and got a very ugly shade of purple. Hubby the big hero takes a quick look and says bad alright but it's not broke. At that time I can now swear and I did asking him how he knew so much. Well guess what I did break it it is awful. My toes even went black and blue even between my toes. Hope it feels better soon.

My cousin just sent me an email saying she tripped over a cooler and bunged up her knee and broke three toes.

Ouchhh! That must be really painful dear! I do also hurt my toe once on a while. It is always my right toe and it really makes me teary. Well with regard to ugly toes. I would say I've seen so many people with nice toes and I sometimes envy. Mine are not as good as theirs. Anyway a good pedicure makes it lovely anyway.

Oh no I hope you are ok I know that toes do hurt bad when you hurt them just be careful with it and I really hope that you are better Yes I have fallen many a time but only a few times I have hurt myself bad Once I broke my Toe I managed to get it stuck under the Door I opened the door and it went straight on my toe I will not repeat my Language at the time lol

WEll ya hit it on something when ya fell. hope it all heals fast a hurt toe isnt fun I broke mine yers ago took 12 weeks to heal with no shoe on that foot even had to drive that way good thing I had an auto matic lololol

My hand is raised! I am a klutz too....sometimes I have bruises and I don't even know how or where I got them from....too distracted by thoughts lurking in my mind...not paying attention to what is at hand! So occasionaly I come up with an ugly toe too...LOL

Klutzy is my middle name...

Oh jo! I hate it when I bang my toes..lol..I do it too. There can be a table on the other side of the room when I pass it and I'll manage to wrap my toes around it eveytime.

Let me give you a pedicure sometime so I can see those ugly toes, LOL! Why, I can make them pretty and make your feet and legs feel so good with a massage! All kidding aside, I'm sorry this happened to you and I'm just glad you weren't hurt any worse. The last time I remember falling was when I took my car to the wash several months ago. There was a hole in the drain next to my car and I didn't notice it and I fell right in it! It didn't hurt me bad but it shook me up. I got my jeans, boots, and fringed jacket all muddy. The jacket is suede and I was so concerned that I might not be able to get it clean. The tag said it could be washed in cold water. I did that and it got it all out, thankfully. It can also be ironed. This car wash I went to is not far down the road from where I live and I used to go there all the time. I've noticed that two of the stalls are roped off now but I've decided not to go there any more at least until they can be fixed. I tried to call the man who owns the car wash to tell him about it but I couldn't get him to answer. I don't believe in suing people but I thought to myself that he could get sued if anybody else had fallen and gotten hurt. Anyway, I smelled like gas all the way home, lol! Kathy.

Hi dear klutzy lol. I don't really think it's funny, for broken toes hurt! Slippers are fine for daytime, but mine hurt soooo bad when I was trying to sleep at night...even the covers were just too much pressure, so get better soon! And not all toes are ugly. I remember after Mom's hip surgery, the healing period was so long, and my sis and I took turns caring for her in her home. One day, I went over and she was propped on the couch, cool summer clothes and bare feet. Sis had painted Mom's toenails a bright pink, and I remember thinking: how come I had never noticed how pretty my mom's toes are?? And she is in her middle 80s. xoxo Karen

Now, you told me you fell but you didn't tell me you hurt your toe---as you know I've been thru hell and half of georgia myself the last few days but one of the things Ididn't tell you in a personal mail was without power I had to used flashlights. One of them is super heavy.I dropped that blasted thing on my toes------two of them are swolen and purple and hurts like the dickens ! I said some pretty nasty words too LOL So, yes, quita is one more clutz :(

How can "one little digit"....1/500th the size of our body...evoke soooooo MUCH miserable pain. The BIG toe----emits BIG, BIG PAIN! Socks hurt, slippers hurt...shoes hurt....and bedanged if that isn't the thing you will STUB again! How pray tell, did you fall...shud you NOT be seeing your Dr., in case you have hurt yourself elsewhere...and the BIG pain, in the BIG toe is overwhelming other injuries? Usually when I fall, I land on my most padded spot...my butt! So far, touch wood...only two falls this winter. Please take care...I'll bet you did this rushing around doing something? LUV & HUGZ

I am so sorry that you fell and hurt your toe. I am laughing because, believe it or not I did the same thing.I tripped and stubbed my toe and it was bleeding and is now swollen.and YES, it was the big toe on my left foot!
