who do you think the greatest NBA center of all time?.if they played all at once, in same decade, who would stand above all?.
now pick your choices,
George Mikan, Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Moses Malone, Willis Reed,Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Hakeem Olajuwon, Patrick Ewing, David Robinson, Shaquille O'neal

I know most would go with Russell or Wilt, but I surely loved to watch Hakeem the Dream play!

i 2nd the motion. i love the dream and the admiral play and patrick too.they're great. lots of moves, footwork and fundamentals down the lane. not just mere power.. and their defense is so good.. with their abilities, you cant just simply go inside the basket without hardwork. i love the dream and big d coz they're so agile. wilt, russell, jabar, o'neal cant easily get to the rim if they played on same decade at their prime years..

I would have to say Wilt Chamberlain. He pretty much dominated when it came to stats and was never really on a team that could support him all that well. He scored 100 points in a single game and has averaged 50 points a game in a season. There are a lot of other great centers though that you listed off I'm just a pretty big fan of The Stilt.

wilt is great. but i think big D can stop him, or even hakeem. wilt dont have much footwork near the basket, just relying on power like shaq. had some footwork, but not that great like hakeem. if its power were talking about, david is hard as rock too. he could contain wilt..

All time, its gotta go to Wilt. This game was a dominant force in the NBA for a long time. When I first started watching the NBA, Hakeem was the man. He won back to back NBA Championships. After Hakeem, you have go with Shaq. Four NBA Championships on top of seven NBA Final trips.
