Do you like eating snacks? How to eat snacks is only healthy?

Snack is food eaten between main meals, it serves different functions in our daily diet. for instance, healthy nutritious snacks can help people with low dietary intake, poor appetite or who are underweight to replenish the deficiency in main meals, and to increase their nutritional intakes.
Do you like eating snacks? How to eat snacks is only healthy?

well ,i do was the one who like to eat snacks.regarding how to it is healthy,sorry ,i also want to wonder it .
there is alway some snacks in my drawer,like biscuit,preserved plum .etc.
i enjoy it in the free time .
so now ,it make me put on weight ,lol. so i also want to know what is the best way to eat the snacks.

I love to eat different snacks some healthier then others. For a snack I will sometimes have yogurt with granola, a salad, a candybar. My other snack that I truly love is chips and salsa. You can discipline yourself to eat only healthy snacks because there are alot that are healthy such as the salad and yogurt.
