Pride and lack of self confidence are the most critical private wrongs or mistakes that can suppress personal development. Our greatest enemy is our own selves, if we can not over-come any of our negative traits, or if we keep on denying them, then certainly this fact will serve as a restriction in our own personal and professional growth.
