Can Bangladeshi deposit and withdraw money from alertpay?

I live in bangladesh and paypal is not supported here. But I'm not sure but banlgadesh is listed in alertpay's country. I'm confused whither I'm able to withdraw or add funds in alertpay. Please help me.

Hi! as at now, for Bangladesh the following options are available.
Deposit: Money Order Check / Bank Wire
Spend: Credit Card
Withdrawal: Check
But currently Bank wire, Bank transfer and Credit card options are allowed in Withdrawals option. AlertPay is apologizing for the temporary unavailability of Cheque withdrawal option, which was available for some time.

So any bank who supports foreign currency exchange will be able to deposit money into alertpay through money order check or bank wire in bangladesh? can i withdraw alertpay money through credit card? my yahoo and fac ebook ID is imahmud4578@yahoo.com plz contact me i need your help....
