when you are posting on mylot ...

When I am on myLot, I also usually have to keep an eye on my little one and keep her occupied and out of trouble. Sometimes, she brings her toy laptop computer over, and we sit together and play on the computer. Other times, we sing songs while I am on here, which is not as easy as it might sound, because I tend to find myself either typing the words of the song or singing what I am trying to type. Sometimes she even sits on my lap and looks at the pictures (avatars) on here and tells me what they are or asks me to tell her what they are.

I watched the clock and read magazines, just to spend time. I have no other activity other than that, except for changing the image becomes large or small.

Sometimes I knit if the page is taking a long time to load. And I often have videos running on youtube at the same time.

I usually watch tv too or check my mail. I like multi tasking because my computer is pretty slow so it takes longer time to load discussions. I have to amuse myself during its lag hours.:)

I usually just leave the television on for noise or I will pull up you tube and listen to some music while on my lot. Hope this helps you!

when posting something here in Mylot, it is complete stillness for me because I usually hang around here during night time or the wee hours. There are no other activities nor music playing on the background. There are noises of course like the snores and occasionally sleep talks, something I am so patient with and I am also oblivious to it.:-) Tonight or today, rather (it is 2:33 A.M here) I can hear the soft sound of rain showers outside and I love it.:-)

well, I am often multi-taking.. for instance right now I am at work, so I may have to answer the phone at any minute. I am also checking my mail and I am on facebook and mylot and zazzle and listening to the radio.. Also in between I take a bite to eat and a sip of tea. :-)

Right now I'm posting on mylot and using Facebook at the same time. I usually open lots of sites at the same time to prevent me from getting bored with just one site. It works, so I usually sit in front of my computer for hours. I hope I could control myself this time and stop earlier.

Most of the time, I listen to some music whilst visiting MyLot. Other times, I will usually have the television set on in the background, so I can listen to it whilst surfing the net.

hi deklar! I listen to music while "lotting" but mostly I watch tv while surfing the net. I also do a bunch of things while surfing the net like eating while typing? hahaha! Like you, if I'm doing something really important I want to be focused on it 100% without hearing any noises, I just want complete silence.

when i am posting on mylot i think about what should i comment on the discussion or express my feelings , just focus to give some reply to discussions here in mylot.

I used to participant in mylot discussions after my work hours. If i am free, the i join in the discussions. There are some interesting questions in the discussions which i sit and politely add my responses.

I listen to Internet radio, primarily Launchcast. Sometimes I use notebook to try to make sure I don't make any errors, although I still make mistakes.

For me ,my mind is just like same old DOS, the stupid single tasking OS.for I hate doing multiple task at a time as it leads me to nowhere.And I am not going to upgrade my OS as I like doing what ever I am doing with full concentration(With 100 % CPU Time)

I have the tv on usually when I am in here, as I can take my eys off the laptop from time to time to see what is on the tv. I think going from my laptop to the tv, gie my eyes a little rest, as while I am posting, I really don't need to look at the computer screen, as I post my touch, however, I will glance back at the montor fromtime to timeto make sure I am posting words that make sense. I guess you can can I am multitasking. Sometimes I will also do other sites along with mylot, so I can get them done too. I am one of those kinds of people that I need something on while I am in here, and besides it breaks the monotony.
