18 and pregnant is this really gonna happen?

okay well ive had my period every month but its usually about a week or two late and very short and light. about 1.5 months ago i started feeling nauses for about 2 weeks and getting lower backaches....and now for the past couple of weeks ive had these butterfly like feelings in my lower abdomen or more like my stomach is doing backflips or sumtin its kinda hard to explain....and now for the past week my nipples have been very sorry and then last night my right nipple started leaking kinda like lactating but it was very lil. Everytime i take a home pregnancy test it comes out positive but the doctors is negative but they nvr do a blood test...So could i be pregnant? Do i need to go to another doctor?
