Water is what they call a staple in your diet. If you don't get enough of it then your body will begin to malfunction. I myself drink maybe 3-5 glasses a day, the recognised average should be 8 but I just can't drink that much in one day. If you really don't like water then try mixing it with a cordial you like, I usually drink orange cordial, but it depends on your taste.

Of course it is. In fact, if you are mixing with a cordial most are approx. 5% real fruit juice when mixed properly. So you are now taking in the goodness of water, and also fruit juice!

i do drink a lot of water, jezzmay. aside from being healthy -- water is cleansing, not only by using it to wash -- water also dilutes, even expels some from the dirt in our system. didn't you know that a large part of our body is made up of water? if the balance is not maintained, there are complications.

Yes, I drink a lot of water, but I never used to. For years I used to get a lot of headaches and now I know it was because I was dehydrated and wasn't getting enough water to my brain.
So now that I drink a lot of water, about 15 glasses a day, I don't get headaches at all anymore. Or if I am feeling one coming on I just chug a couple glasses of water and it stops it.
How I found this out to be the case with me is I started to diet and with dieting I am aware that you need lots of water to flush out the chemicals in your body or you will have a hard time losing weight and then I realized after about a week that my headaches weren't happening and I put two and two together and realized it was because I was dehydrated so I asked my doctor about it and she told me that was exactly why I was getting headaches.

No, like you, I do not enjoy plain water very much. I find it makes me feel bloated and my stomach feels all sloshy, too full or something. I drink 7up most of the time, and a few coffees in the morning to wake up and get my bowels moving. In the summertime, I mostly drink Gatorade and 7up. But if there is nothing else to drink and I am very, very thirsty and if there is crystal clear cold fresh spring water coming directly out of the ground, I may drink some.

Even though coffee is water based , it is not good for drinking too much coffee a day. 1 cup or 2 cup per day is OK, but the more caffeine you have got ,the worse health you would receive.
Try some tea, it is more soft for your caffeine needing.

I don't. Drinking water is very important, but it all depends on what you eat. I eat a lots of fruits and veggies, mostly raw. I don't have to drink as much as other people. I drink some water, tea and coffee. Maybe 2 glasses of water, 2 cups of tea and one cup of coffee per day.

Water is essential for the functioning of your kidneys and various other body parts. I think the required amoiunt to drink each day would be 1 litre. I probably dont drionk that amount, but I do drink it regularly. I carry a water bottle with me everywhere.
You really should try drinking water.

I do at the end of the month, haha! My mom and I get food stamps. I buy a 24 pack of pop at the beginning on the month, and when I'm out I'm out. I don't get anymore, we have to save our food stamps for milk and such. So my pop will last me until around the 20th, and we get our food stamps refilled on the 5th of the next month. So once I'm out I only drink water and hot chocolate, and when we're out of milk it's all water. So do I drink a lot of water? Haha, it depends what time of the month. But the beginning of the month? Almost no water. At the end? All water.

Yes I drink a lot of water. It has been my hobby every night before going to bed to drink at least 2 glasses of water. Not to mention of course, I drink water also every after meal. hehe! My meal is not complete if not end with water. I don't like that the taste of something will linger into my mouth so water helps me with this. Thank you, water. hehe! Enjoy! :)

yep its good to drink water. its healthy for the body. i dont drink much softdrinks and other carbonated products, just occasionally. i drink more fruit juices, esp. pineapple juice. when i wake up at morning, i drink 2 glasses of water.after eating i drink 1-2 glass of water, snacks, and after regular meals;breakfast, lunch, dinner. and before sleeping, i drink again 1-1 1/2 glasses of water. i think i drink almost 2 liters or more of water everyday. i do this in order to flush out the unwanted toxins in my body.

I do. A few years ago I had this unexplainable pica for salt. Because I was worried that I was doing my body harm, I started drinking a lot of water thinking that I could flush away all the extra salt that I was munching.
That craving went away recently but I still have the habit of drinking a lot of water. I even drink water before I eat.

Yes I agree with you, sometimes it is just so hard to drink lots of water everyday, most of all if you are really busy. I am not sure if it's 8 glasses of water that we have to drink each day, I think it depends on what kind of activity you do. I understand that water is essential for the human body to function because it helps nutrients to travel into our all body parts and it prevents dehydration. So what I do is to have my own water bottle that can fit inside my bag, so I can bring it any time I go out or whenever I am at the office, so even if I am working or travelling I can drink water. My mom said that there are already flavored water available right now in the market, it will help you love to drink water, but I think it has more calories.

I drink one or two bottles of water a day. I'm on the phone every day at work so it's good to have some water nearby.

I drink gallons of water daily. I can't get enough of its refreshing taste
Plus, it has so many health benefits that there's no reason NOT to drink it. I'm just fortunate to live in an area where it's accessible by the simple turning of a tap
