Is it normal for my 7 1/2 week old to teethe?

My 7 1/2 wk old has all the classic symptoms of teething, fever, gnawing on anything that she can put in her mouth, diahrrea for like 5 days and she refuses her bottle sometimes. Can anyone help with feedback...

It certainly is possible! My eldest cut her 1st tooth the day before turning 8 weeks! If feeding is troubling her try some teething gel (many are suitable from birth) or a teething powder which are more natural and work really well also, give this just before a feed and I found it really helped (my eldest was bottle fed and she had a hard time feeding) xx
