What type of job do you prefer, public or private?

My dear friends! In my country, Bangladesh, people are crazy for public jobs as they offer much more relaxation than the private ones. Though public jobs pay less than the private jobs, they require bribing for the appointment. On the other hand, the private jobs are free from bribing and they offer much more salary than the public jobs. Public jobs offer retirement allowances after retirement which the private jobs don't. People like public jobs because it is easy to avoid work and get the wages at the end of the month without doing hardly any work. The private jobs are much demand much more sincerity and activeness instead. That's why service of the private companies are better than the public ones. As for me, I don't like public or private job either. I want to earn with my own hands utilizing all my talents as a 'free bird' and construct my fortune with my own keeping faith on Allah. What about you? Which jobs do you like most, public of private? Best of luck.

hello farid i want to say you that as you say in which sector you want to do job. i want to say you that i want to go with my own firm which helps me in doing my different image in society. i am not only doing for this but also for our almighty god allah. do you know that there is one hadith that "the person who is one of the business man(the one having its own company or any firm) is one of the two person who will having having a fortunate to get meet with our prophe(S.A.W.S.)at the day of quayamat.i also want to say you that allah told that my 95% of goodluck is with that person having its own firm of everyday. please reply your veiws towards me, your ferind khan.

Wow! What an excellent Hadith you've quoted just now. I never heard Hadith this before. I don't know how to thank you. Then I pray to Allah so that he may grant me such a fortune. Because since the day I've learned the difference between good and evil, I've been cherishing a dream that I'll establish a firm of my own where I'll provide such a service that will be beneficial for all regardless of any class or creed, high or low, rich or poor, old or young. That is, I'll open a shop where there will be a large stock of products that are essential in everyday life. I'll sell these goods at very much lower prices than the market price. I think this step of mine will be helpful to decrease the higher prices that have been fixed up by the unscrupulous importers, stock-holders and dealers of essential products of our country. And above all, I'll feel happy, comfortable and peaceful working in my firm. Because I hate to serve in others' firm to others' sub-ordinance where I won't be able to work at ease.

assalm o allaikum my brother i first thank you to give me advise that how can i post that smile faces. i want to say you that i will pray to allah that he will help you to create your own firm. i want remind you please when you create your own firm then dont forget our almighty allah. i am not discouraging you but i am warning you because when person get money in his hand he moves away from allah. please my brother dont forget our almight allah. i know that you will not do this stupid things but i think you know that the evil is very dangerous which can remove us from our right path and make our mind dirty. so my brother please be carefull from such conditions. i can suggest you something which can help you to avoid such condition(insha allah) that is pray and read quran daily regularly on time. i also want to remind you about onething that is"zakat" i want to say you that zakat is very important that is pay 2.5% of total income per annum. this zakat is to be give in one procedure. if you have any problem please tell me i will try my best to solve it. please try to reply soon, your brother khan

When you say public work, do you mean working for the government? If yes, no thanks. I do not want working for the government because there are a lot of corruption going on there. I also hate bureaucracy. I do not want to fully lose my faith in the government so I'd rather keep distance and work in a privately-owned company.

Yes, my dear friend. I mean government jobs by public jobs. I also hate bureaucracy which is the root source of my country's lagging behind and because of which we're still facing inconveniences for the spread of IT based industry in creating employments. Thanks a lot for your support.
