Which is best for our health, Veg. or Non Veg.?

Someone say vegetarian food are good for our health. Non veg. create un wanted health problems. On the other hand, Non veg. people says that Non veg. food gives good strength and more proteins and so on. On what aspects these food are good.

Vegetables are good to our health because it gives nutrients to our body & take away toxic substance. We our immune to cancer and other disease. Non vegetables is not sure if the toxic of our body will come out.So for me eating vegetables is the best in our body's health. Happy Mylotting!!!

What are toxic substances present in Non veg. food. Sometimes i get pain after eating meat. Is this pain is due to digestion problems or toxic substances present in that food?

for me all food r good to eaten at a moderate level // dont eat too much of vegetable too often , dont eat meat everyday, dont eattoo much potato .. and the list goes on n on.. plan your meal well eat modertly n widen your choices, include fruits as well and enjoy everything moderatly cheers

Vegetarian foods are the best, infact the only food we should be consuming.Human was not created to eat meat and junk. That why so much sickness is in the world today. The proper food we should be eating is fruits and vegetables.

I think there is no difference if you eat healthy and have the daily nutrients needed. As long as all food are orgnanic or more natural as possible, the better it will be. Of course it is important to eat vegetables but it is also important to eat tofu or something to replace the meat. Most of the times, vegetables aren't good nowadays because there is too much chemicals used to make the fruits and veggies grow bigger. The same goes to animals. Alot of animals have been injected with a product to get more meat and it has to be cooked well to kill all the viruses and bacterias. I think that both lifestyle is fine. In my opinion, it would be best for me if i go vegetarian so I won't have a bad conscience that an animal has been killed to feed me but I am used to eat meat now.
