Now that the mania of apple iPad announcement has begun to calm and people are checking bank accounts instead of RSS feeds for more information.The overall reaction has been,in a word,underwhelming.
There is without a doubt much disappointment surrounding the iPad.Bloggers curb-stomped it for its shortcomings:
* No multi-tasking
* No Adobe Flash(yet)
* No camera
* No iChat
* No HDMI port
* 4:3 aspect Ratio
...and more
Will you still buy an iPad???

I will definitely buy the new iPad. I believe its 16:9 aspect ratio and not 4:3. The reason why Apple didn't include flash, like what Jobs said, "Adobe is lazy and their flash are buggy" like what was in their Macbooks. iChat is can be replaced by some other chat clients in the appstore. And the reason why the iPad did not feature multi-tasking is because it shortens battery life, and Apple aims for longer battery life rather than shorter one. An HDMI port isn't really needed as you can just buy an component accessory for the iPad which can output 1080p. So even is can do a just a little more than the iPhone, I'd still buy it because of the huge screen that I can work on.

Automatically no, there just aint funds. Quite often when a product is fresh from release there is little demand except when it is particularly exciting to buy it. Possibly only a few would buy an ipad. It is also phonetically similar to IPod so it can also brew some confusion.
