Like others said, spend time learning English. If you can manage, have an English subject class/tutorials that will improve your English language skill. And spend time reading English books and referring unfamiliar words using a dictionary. Also listen English audios and watch English movies, I would say it helps. And try visiting the site Freerice.com - they have a subject English vocabulary and grammar. It's a game and also a way to help hungry people around the world, if your answer is wrong, the right answer would be revealed, if you are right, for every correct answer you donated 10 grains of rice. Try to check the site. You'll love it. You're not only just learning but also helping others.

Hey there :) good luck improving your English :) although in my opinion you should go and take some classes instead of trying to learn something here :)

Get a text book that teaches you everything about English writing - Collins guide to English usage is good. Next, join a site like eLance, or anywhere that does free exams and allows unlimited retakes. Sit a few of their tests in spelling, grammar, sentence construction etc. Keep retaking till you get a pass mark - studying all the while.
I'm told the hardest language to learn is Mandarin Chinese - which is also the world's most prevalent language. Which begs the question - shouldn't all we English-as-my-only-language speakers be taking exams in that?!
Maybe it's the job, rather than you, that's at fault. Let me guess - it was a call centre, right?
