Burial VS Cremation

I would like to hear the arguments for both sides. Would you rather be Buried in a more and more valuable piece of property. Or be cremated to conserve space and money. Obviously in my wording of the question you probably know that I prefer cremation as a disposal method. I know that many of you have Religious reasons why to be buried, and I respect your decision. I just want to know your point of view on the subject. I am looking forward to everyones answers. :o)-Tony
