War in the Travel Market - Global Distribution System

hi jorgeairesjr! I think "amadeus" is more popular than other global distribution system. Well Galileo is quite popular as well. I prefer "amadeus" because I have tried using it when I was still working in an airline company before. I can easily navigate the system, well I'd basically confirm/check some reservations that time and I find that, that system is easy to learn. Most airlines (for what I know of) use or choose "Amadeus".

I run a Business Travel Call Center and we use Apollo. I have worked for several of the major travel management companies. Amex pref Apollo and Sabre though I lead several teams on Apollo. Over ten years ago I worked in Leisure travel and worked on Worldspan. A few years before that I worked in a 24/7 center and worked on all plus Pars, DatasII, and System One.
