Autopay? Recycle? What is it? PTC sites

I got a question in Pay To Click sites specifically upbux and neo. What is autopay? I see it on my rental referrals? I have rented 3 refs now. Should I enable autopay? I check the upgrade section and the autopay has a value of .0078. So should I pay? Is this for inactive refs? I'm not sure really and there is another thing which is recycle.. Need some help in this. Thank you. ^^

AUTOPAY:
this function enables the automatic payment for rented referals wich you wich to keep as they activity is high enough to bring you more proffit ... i suggest to enable this function on the second month that you've got this particular referal , as movst of them loos they activity during the second month (as for my experience with NEOBUX and UPBUX).
RECYCLE:
this function enables the changing of an inactive referal for a new one (not necessarily more active than previous) , for a lower price than renting a new one .
