Pro Bowl? Fun to Watch?

How is the pro bowl before the super bowl feeling for everyone else? I'm not seeing the peyton mannings, the brees', the players that have made this league one of the highest revenue businesses out there. I'm not saying the pro bowl had to stay in hawaii, although i am a traditional type person. Yet, having it before the pro bowl is something i can't say i agree with. Let the best players that earned their ticket to the super bowl have both. In this case i say let the players have their cake and eat it too. I know most players would have the super bowl over the pro bowl, but its nice to see them get accolades for great work. Is the pro bowl even fun to watch? It's all waaay to easy offense, i know players don't want to get hurt, but football is based on hitting and running. Let the players pick it up a little bit. I don't need a barn burner to be entertained, unless its because the offense actually outplayed the defense. What do you all think?

I did not see the Pro Bowl. I used to watch it every year. Now it is like any all star type game;big deal. Alot of players don't play in it because they don't want to,like Brett Favre. Other can't because if injury. Then there are the players who are honored to play ,like Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews! Then you can't see Manning and Brees because they scheduled the the Pro Bowl the week before the Super Bowl and they are playing in it! I don't know if this will stay a tradition but I hope not! I don't mind it playing in Miami but do it after the Super Bowl! I agree the offense plays are simple and so is the dedense plays. You see alot of lack luster play like in the NBA ALL_Star game. It gets old fast and that is one reason I don't care to watch it anymore.

If I didn't care that much when the pro-bowl was after the superbowl, all the more reasons that I don't care for the pro-bowl now. Before it was just that it was more of a family and fun event with no real hitting. Now it's the same, but no more stars because the real stars who are going to the superbowl are not playing. Overall, I think the NFL has mishandled this.

its getting to the point with the pro bowl that no one cares. none of the players seem to want to be there and now that its not in hawaii alot of them will probably opt out of playing in it, cause at least when it was there they could look it like a vacation and take their families. none of the teams who are in the super bowl are gonna play in it and why do the players that made it have to take away from their preperation time for the biggest game of their lives just to make an appearance at the pro bowl and to appease the sponsors. that has to be one of the stupidest ideas that they have ever come up with and to have a glorified exhibition game taking place of the super bowl field a week before the super bowl and with the forecast being rainy most of the week. I'm sure that field will be in great shape for the game that really matters. Anyone remember how sloppy it was the last time the colts played in the super bowl in Miami against the Chicago Bears. As far as the pro bowl game itself so many of the players are so worried about getting hurt they don't play very hard till the game is on the line and alot of the games are not very exciting or interesting. Any game where they make special rules is kind of silly too last i knew you can't blitz or play specific defenses so why do they bother.
