Please share with us, your comment. Cause I need to consider plus and minus having babysitter to help us raise our child. Since this is our first child, and we are busy with our work but we don't want to sacrifice our child too. I hope everyone can give me advices. Thank you

If you're busy with work, you must get help from others, mostly are babysitter. In China, the grandparents will be the main keeper for the child.

That will be nice if our parents or grandparents can help us to take care our child. But right now, I live separately from them, so they can not help me, even though they willing to help. Do you have any other suggestion rather than giving my child to take care by babysitter? I hope you have better idea.

i think yes a good helping hand would do but if you let a babysitter do everything a parent should then you miss out on something a real parent should experience.beside if your kids grow up with their babysitter they tend to copy the traits of the one who took care of them.i know you dont like having a child who doesn't have your traits.they grow not close to you as parents which is not good in the future.

thank you for your comment, I agree with you about this matter, but our concern is we need it cause my wife is complaining that she can not do taking care the child and taking care the house at the same time, while I were working outside. Do you face the same problem with me?

From where I am, a babysitter is a necessity. Specially for a two-income household, a creative way of scheduling is needed, plus a little help with baby sitting. My youngest goes to a house with other kids too. From interacting with the baby sitter and the other kids in that house, he learned potty training. That's one good thing, as we didn't have to go through a difficult time training him.

where are you came from? cause in my country recently there are many cases that nanny or babysitters who abducted the child, and the child were sold to black market or human trafficking, so we the parent are afraid of this matter. But what else can we do? maybe you have another opinions.
