adv123.com is a ptp program.

I am now using another ptp program and I join there 3 days ago. Easy to use but question is, is it real? They will pay me? Anybody here who know the fact? Help

To be completely honest, I myself have not heard about this site so I can't really answer whether or not they will pay you. Perhaps you can do a search of the site itself and find out if anyone has been paid. Sorry, I couldn't be of more help.
