I tried registering for an account with Gmail today but it asked for a phone number so canceled my registration. What's up with Gmail asking for phone numbers? Isn't that a bit too much? I wont even give my number to a site where I could earn money from.
So essentially, i was irked with Gmail's new deal with registering account that I used Yahoomail instead. I also tried other email clients.
You still with Gmail or are you moving on with something else? What is the best free email client?

I guess that would be the right thing to do. It one provider won't suit your needs a lot of providers are out there.

Yes gmail asking for confirmation by sending your mobile number to prevent spammers and garbage. You can try Yahoo or hotmail if you don't like to share your number on gmail. I suggest you hotmail. Happy Lotting and have a nice day!!!!
