I dropped my laptop!

Well, it's a good thing it didn't get broken. That would've sucked. Oh well, accidents happen. Just be careful next time in handling your laptop. It's going to be costly to have it fixed.

You are so lucky that your laptop survived! Normally when a computer is running and it's bumped or falls on the floor, this would most likely cause a hard drive crash, it seems that you escaped this doomsday scenario!. Andrew

Good, for not getting scratch to your computer. You should be careful, while doing the work simultaneously. Laptop is a sensitive object, luckily you had not faced any problem even though it had fell down on the floor. So from now-on-words be careful while handling the sensitive object.

I always place my bottles standing at the floor and after waking up from the sofa I get up and surprised to know that my foot nudged the bottle of coke and it broke with its contents spilled. I did for about three times or more. Now I make sure that it is placed at a far away place to avoid repeating the same mistake. I apply this way to all things that can be easily destroyed and I'm very very careful.

Check it, if it is not broken then try once more(Just kidding), be carefull next time.

The same thing happened to my husband today. We were both sitting on the couch, and his laptop was on the table in front of him. I don't know exactly what happened, but the laptop fell down from the table. When he picked it up from the floor we were both worried that it might be broken, but luckily it works just fine, and there are no problems at all. My husband was very happy of course, and so was I. Our puppy has already damaged my laptop a couple of times, and that has been expensive, so it wouldn't have been nice if we also had to buy a new laptop for my husband.

It is goos it is still working. If that happened to me, I would literally freak out as my laptop is only a few weeks old, and certainly wouldn't want anything to happen to it. Ny dogs will sometimes go nuts though, and just about knock it off the computer table, so it is a good thing I am sitting here when they were doing that, s I stopped it from falling on the floor. I do have a warranty on it, but I don't think it will cover damage such as dropping it, so I have to be rally careful that it doesn't happen. I more or less hold on to it when they are up on my easy chair, because it will fall if I don't. Laptops are very delicate things and we must do everything we canto protect them all we can.
