I remember most of my dreams and they proves to be true in my life, sometimes I can see the dreams related to others. I can see my future in my dreams most often. Dreams are total waste and just playing the circumstances again of what I experienced the whole. I even tends to forget them but not many times it happens.

Actually a man can upto 7 dreams in his sleep.
Actually Sleep consists of 7 cycles.so a man can get dream in any of the cycles...each cycle last for an hour or two...he can get dreams in all the cycles too ,but the fact is --if he gets a dream in his 7th cycle ie early morning dream then he can remember the dream otherwise he cannot.....

Sometimes I do remember my dreams and sometimes I don't. It depends on how I wake up... when I wake up quickly and go out of bed emediatly I mostly dont remember ... but when I wake up slowly and stay in bed for a few minutes I can remember :)

When I have to get up quickly I tend to not remember but then later on, like mid morning, I suddenly remember my dream. I always remember my dream, sooner or later.

I think if you don't remember your dreams that is because you slept very deeply. Dream sleeps are never full deep sleeps.

Well, I think you have to then write your dreams down immediately after you wake up. Apparently, you will train your mind to remember dreams eventually. I always remember them so I've never tried this method.
