What drives you nuts about your inlaws?

My inlaws drive me crazy!! I am sure everyones do, I mean they are great people ..just strange to me. They refuse to stop buying x-mas tree ornaments!! We now have three trees and it has to STOP! Also my mother in law works in a cafeteria at a scool, now not only did I hate school food in school but now this woman will bring bags of it over when she comes, i'm sure she still sees her son as a bachelor that can't cook...but he isn't anymore!! What drives you nuts about your inlaws?

this is what that happens with many inlaws..Though they become inlaws to you, they are still the parents of your spouse..And they would love him and treat him the same way as he was when he was young... And your partner would like it too..I too have faced many situations like this..My mil will talk as though she is the only one who can prepare excellent recipes and noone else in this world can do..And my husband would agree too..But when I prepare the same food, he would love it and enjoy the food..So I never pay heed to her words that hurts me..
