How does one stay healthy with no time to spare.

With the current life style being led by the people in the urban areas its very difficult for evry one to take out time to look after their health and body. So what are the simple ways one can look after himself? Is good diet the only answer or does one need to do some form of exercise or workouts. What is the best recommended thing to be done to control weight gain and also to loose weight and to stay fit and active.

eat one apple every day to stay fit because eat an apple a day keeps docter away.we have take healthy diet and always go for marning walk.Alwys we have to go gym or cardio exercises for stay fit

There are many ways in daily where we can make our self healthy without sparing any time , we can use stairs by avoiding esccelaters and lifts. We should go to market by walk, we walk little faster and we should take care of nature also.

I believe there are three fundamental building blocks to achieve optimal health: Diet and nutrition, excercise and lifestyle. In urban areas it's difficult for everyone to look after their health but one should be care full about the eating habbits. So firstly if u don't have time for workout then atleast control ur eating habbits

Yes alot of people are talking about eating habbits.What do you exactly mean by eat.I have tried to remain hungry for hours and still that has not worked.I also tried to eat a lot that did not work I tried have only 3 meals a day that didn't work. So what is that I am doing and its not working.

Yes some work out's and some basic tips if one follows than one can be healthy. Some basic tips are that, that one should have always lunch and dinner at fixed times. Always go to sleep at least 30 mins after having dinner. Avoid having junk food on a daily basis. One must do work out's for just 30 mins a day and if possible after that in breakfast have only raw vegetables and fruits. These are the simple steps one can choose to be fit and healthy.

Yes I do agree that current life style by urban people in the mechenical ventures no one has time to look for their halth,but excersises,and good balance diet for having a check on excess or gain weight is the elixir of todays person health

Don't consume more calroies than you burn each day. If you are not very active you'll need less calories than someone who runs in circles all day at their job. Don't dine out often, and try to cut the sugars in your diet. There is time to excercise. They recomend that 30 mins of excercise is the min you should do each day. The good news? you can do it in incriments of 10 mins. So while your watching tv, do some sit ups and push ups during the commercials ^_^

in urban areas the life style of a person is very disturbed due to his/her heavy scedule.due to busy scedule no one can maintain his health upto a mark.only balanced diet cannot help in solving this problem .some regular workout, exercise can fight with this problem .running,jogging,meditation and yoga can help.everyone knows that health is wealth.so everybody has to take care of his health.

If we do fix job like official job. Our health will be go down. We should care it properly. The only way to be care is to work hard daily. We should take exercises daily.
